Everything you need before duplicating AURA — Framer plan, fonts, and CMS requirements.

AURA Team

Before you start, make sure you have the following in place.

Framer account

You need an active Framer account. A free account lets you duplicate and edit the template, but you'll need a paid plan to publish to a custom domain and unlock CMS functionality beyond the item limits.

Framer CMS plan

AURA uses Framer's native CMS for Blog, Careers, and Documentation. To use all three collections with full item counts, you need a Framer plan that includes CMS. The Mini plan covers basic use. The Basic plan or above is recommended for production sites.

Fonts

AURA uses three typefaces — Cormorant Garamond, DM Sans, and JetBrains Mono. All three are available free via Google Fonts and load automatically inside Framer. No manual installation is required.

A browser

Framer runs entirely in the browser. Chrome or Arc are recommended for the best canvas performance.

What you don't need

You do not need to know how to code. AURA is fully built in Framer's visual editor. Custom code snippets for analytics and integrations are provided as copy-paste blocks in the Integrations section of this documentation.

Create a free website with Framer, the website builder loved by startups, designers and agencies.
