AURA Team

AURA uses Framer's native CMS to power three dynamic sections of the site. Understanding how the CMS is structured helps you manage content confidently without touching the canvas.

What Framer CMS is

Framer CMS is a built-in content management system that lets you store structured data and display it dynamically on your site. It works like a lightweight database — you define fields, add items, and Framer renders them automatically in your page layouts.

The three collections

Blog powers the /blog index and individual /blog/[slug] post pages. Careers powers the /careers job listings page and individual role pages. Docs powers the /documentation index and individual /doc/[slug] article pages. Each collection is independent — editing one does not affect the others.

Static pages vs collection pages

Static pages have fixed content you edit directly on the canvas. Collection pages are templates — one layout that renders differently for each CMS item. The /doc/[slug] page is a collection page. The /documentation index is a static page that displays a filtered list of collection items. Understanding this distinction is the foundation of working with AURA's CMS correctly.

Editing content without touching the design

To update any CMS content, click the CMS button in the top toolbar. Select a collection. Click any item to open its fields. Edit, save, and publish. The design is never touched — the layout stays consistent while the content changes per item.

Item limits

Framer's CMS item limits vary by plan. AURA ships with placeholder items across all three collections. Delete placeholders you don't need to stay within your plan's limits. See the Framer pricing page for current limits per plan.
